WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Currently, we ship to US, Canada, Europe, Australia and worldwide with a few exceptions.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FEE?
Our shipping rate is based on weight and dimension of the order. Shipping fee is automatically calculated on the check-out page.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping to the US and Canada.
DUTIES AND TAXES
You must pay for any import duties, customs, and taxes. These will be due at the time of, or after, delivery.
It's important to note that La Forme Lab is not responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes imposed by the country your order is being shipped to.
We are unable to give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary and packages being selected for customs are chosen at random.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
The shipment of orders takes 48 hours after your order is placed.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order details and tracking number.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You should receive an order confirmation email after you place an order. If you didn't receive one, please:
- Check your spam folder.
- Verify that the email address you provided with your order is correct.
- If the email you provided was incorrect, please send an email to _____________ with the correct address, and we’ll have the confirmation resent accordingly.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Changes can be made to your order within 24 hours of placing it, including changes to the address or email. To modify your order, please send us an email.
DAMAGED AND INCORRECT ITEM
We ensure that the items you ordered have undergone quality check before shipping. In any case that you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days upon receipt of the item you purchased. A customer service representative will get in touch to assist you.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns will not be accepted past the 7 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused and shipped with the original tags. There will be a restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. The amount of restocking fees will vary based on the item you purchased.

One-time size exchanges are possible within 7 days from the date you received your order. Exchange will not be accepted past the 7 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused and shipped with the original tags.
As soon as we receive the return and it has been received, inspected, and determined it can be resold, you'll receive a store credit for the cost of the product so that you can place a new order for the correct size.
Important notice: There will be a restocking fee which will be deducted from the store credit amount. The amount of restocking fees will vary based on the item you purchased.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Each product page has its own distinct size charts that give information about sizing. Checking the size chart for each product is highly recommended if you plan to buy more than one. If you are in need of assistance, please contact our customer service.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY SHAPEWEAR?
To keep your shapewear in the best condition, always hand wash it in water at 40°C or lower. Avoid using bleach or dye, as they can damage the fabric. After washing, hang it to dry instead of using a dryer. Do not iron your shapewear, as high heat can affect its elasticity and fit. Proper care will help extend its lifespan and maintain its shaping effect.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns will not be accepted past the 7-day window. Items must be unused and shipped with the original tags. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost for the order is non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. There will be a restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. The amount of restocking fees will vary based on the item you purchased.
Once your return is processed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.

Refund
For credit/debit card transactions, processing may take 10-15 banking days from the time the refund request was initiated. It may not post to your account instantly and may take several days depending on your billing cycle.
If you made a payment through PayPal, the refund will be immediately reflected in your account.
